Return & Refund Policy

At Woema Natural Animal Products, we take pride in the quality of our products and want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchases.

Returns

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

To qualify for a return:

• The product must be unused, unopened and in its original packaging.
• Proof of purchase must be provided.
• The product must be returned in the same condition in which it was received.

For health, hygiene and product safety reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned or exchanged, unless the product is defective.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you have received the incorrect product, please contact us as soon as possible and provide photographs of the product and packaging where applicable.

Once assessed and approved, we will arrange a replacement or refund, as appropriate.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method. Please allow reasonable processing time for the refund to reflect in your account.

Return Shipping

Where a return is due to a change of mind or an incorrectly ordered product, return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

If the product supplied by Woema Natural Animal Products is defective, damaged upon delivery, or incorrect, we will be responsible for the reasonable cost of returning or replacing the product.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns on:

• Products that have been opened or used, except where defective.
• Products damaged through incorrect use or storage after delivery.
• Products not purchased directly from Woema Natural Animal Products, unless otherwise arranged.
